Who is responsible

What data we use

When you email us, we keep your name, contact details and the content of your message. We ask for nothing more through this website.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), may keep technical data about your visit, such as your IP address and the time of the visit, to run and secure the site.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to answer your question and to prepare a possible quote or assignment. We do so on the basis of your request or a pre-contractual step at your request, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. For assignments, the terms of the quote apply and, where we process data for you, the data processing annex.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. If we later use analytics or other cookies, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where needed.

Who we share data with

Only with suppliers we need in order to work, such as website hosting and our email. They process data only on our behalf. Some suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Messages from people with whom no assignment follows are in principle kept for no longer than 2 years after the last contact. Data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, is kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict the processing or object to it, and request your data in a usable format. Email us at info@ensidia.be for this.
